Metal colours, metal textures, gemstones and other details are customisable
wherever possible, on request.
In case of customised jewellery, In case of actual cost being higher
than the estimate provided, the differential will be communicated to the customer
and must be paid before shipment of the product.
Customized orders once placed will not be cancelled.
Since each piece is hand fabricated to order, the delivery of every item will vary.
We would strive to make the jewellery yours as soon as possible.

Given the high value of the products, Black Balloon will ship the product
at the customer’s cost and will not be held liable for damage, loss,
or theft incurred during transport.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges for products which are unworn and in their original condition,
in the opinion of Black Balloon, if initiated within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.
The product will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability,
or substituted with a product of comparable value or higher value – in which case,
the differential amount becomes payable immediately.
Items received by Black Balloon in a damaged condition upon return
will not be accepted for exchange.
If products are to be sent by mail, we would recommend
that they should be insured and sent by certified or registered mail.
We do not provide refunds of the purchase amount.

All Black Balloon jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty,
starting from the date of purchase, for manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty only covers damage that, in the opinion of Black Balloon,
is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear,
modification, attempted repair, negligence or by failure to follow Black Balloon’s Care Pack.
The Care Pack can be also found on our website at any time.
If found to be defective under this warranty, Black Balloon will repair for free
depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product as well as
on the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts.
If you wish to repair the jewellery for wear and tear after the warranty period,
Black Balloon would be happy to do so for a small charge.
All repair will be initiated upon due submission of the damaged jewellery,
the original packaging and the original purchase invoice.
Warranty does not entail replacement of the product with a substitute
or refund of the purchase amount.

Even though we try our best to keep the color of the jewellery as real as possible,
the item colour might vary slightly from the photographs under different illumination conditions.
LEATHER AND WOOD
Leather and wood being natural products might have some natural marks or patterns on them.
Black Balloon reserves the right to revise Terms and Conditions at any time without any advance notice.
